Try JDownloader, it worked fine with that clip. JDownloader is a java based download manager. There's no plugins needed and it runs out its unzipped directory so there's no installs either. It monitors the o/s' clipboard, so clicking "Copy this link" in the browser will caused it to be parsed by JD, in this case it decrypted the link and found five of a possible seven mirrors for the file were still live and downloaded it fine.
It's free and malware free.

I'm not sure about the ID you've made for this scene. It seemed to me the woman in this scene was the maidservant whose duties included posing for Schlacken's art class. She is also seen in other scenes fully dressed doing her maid duties. She is credited as Rosemary Jenner.

It's possible the model you have named is the non-topless model in the pre-credits opening scene.
