Wondering if there is any date/time detail available for the "mystery" picture (which appears to be from a 35mm slide), or any companion images from the photo-shoot.

Yandex image-search has a pretty good facial-recognition feature, and it continues to bring up "Busty Michelle (aka: Micki)", based on structural similarities in her facial-features.

The eye color, breast shape, and nipple structure are also very similar.

The "mystery" picture shows a woman in her early 30's (maybe), while the images of Michelle/Micky are more current. Her bustybritain photo-shoot (in red) appears to be from 2018, while the Glamour Image / Stocking Aces shoots may be a bit earlier. Given the lines around her eyes and mouth, I believe that she is now in her 50's.
