This one looks solved to me.

The head shot in effie's #1 link (Mister Skin) is very convincing to me.
Hair and faces, noses and eyebrows.
The other photos I see are dam close too.

Nothing says no to me.

I think there may be more character information at the Wiki link for the movie now.

The nudography site could be wrong.
