Actually, Penthouse used the name Erica Elson, not Olsen.
I don't know where the Olsen last name was ever actually credited to Erica.

Is there a reason to think Olsen is correct? Is there an actual credit somewhere by that name?

Here's the ID pages from my Girls of PH-N19, a reprint of the space girl layout that hafty posted.

Since Elson is what was used in the PH mags, I imagine more folks will know her by that name.
The Latent Image ID would not reach as many people.

Here's one of the first layouts of Erica that I know of. From Swank January 1984
They named her Carlene in a layout called - Roll In The Hay
8 page layout, including the centerfold. No picture of her in the magazine contents page.
Stitched the centerfold, so 7 images below.
