Only wish I had submitted my ex-wife to Gallerymagazine. I was stationed in the U.K. back in the 70s and would have loved to have seen Escort and the other mags. Sigh... thanks Oxford for giving a peek behind behind the curtains

I remember in the 1980s and 90s poring over the Readers Wives section hoping to find someone I knew. I never did, but then I had the thought of taking pictures myself and posting them as 'girlfriends' rather than 'wife'. I worked in a hospital and I had a bit of a brass neck so it wasnt long before my cheek had produced some really nice striptease sets from a few nurses, a telephonist and a physiotherapist. I sent some pics off to Fiesta and a few were published although I cant be precise when, other than around 1984 Anyway my nude photography exploits got to the ears of the hospital management so I thought id better move on elsewhere.

I also found the seedy little studio in Staines which someone else has mentioned in another thread where you could hire models and studios (bedrooms) for video and stills sessions. I photographed quite a lot of girls there including some well known models. I sent some off to various mags but I dont think they were quite strong enough. I had to chuck out my collection when I got married as my wife didnt approve. It didnt stop me doing a few photosessions every now and then and in the early eighties I did some great video sets with a model called Claire-Helen and a stills session with the great Jane Warner towards the end of her career t her own studio in Brighton.

I never had any more published but I think I might bruh off the camera and try again for some websites !

A friend of mine claims to have been a "wife of the month", but she's vague/unsure of which magazine, or the actual year (she thinks Fiesta from around 84-86 but isn't sure). Which of course simply means I keep looking

My wife was in either escort or Fiesta back in the late nineties when she was with her ex husband. Would love too see a copy of them now. Its fun enough hearing what they got up to at the time. Perhaps one day I will find a copy

As far as I know it was fiesta magazine on both accounts, though she says her photos also appeared in escort under another name after she left her partner. I sadly have not seen any of the mags and it's partly why I joined this sight. Looking through scans I've lost hope of finding anything. Great website though and I enjoy reading the forums.

I know for certain it was year 2000 under the name Sandy.
