yes,esp friday night , they had some hot german porn films

with the alps in the background.
Wonder what year it all stopped ? probably around the time

I guess all those movies are still being shown today, but
most likely on pay channels.

and did anyone else try watching the encryped channels like TV1000 . You could just about make out what was happening if you put the lights out and kinda squinted at the picture. Eventually I got a decoder box for Filmnet and TV1000 and suddenly was in porn heaven

they were on the Astra 19E satellite (Sky) and were Scandinavian movie channnels , but you could buy a decoder box and card through many ads in Satellite Times. the card would work for a couple of months untill they changed the codes so you would have to send it off to be recoded.. still have some of the stuff recorded on Vhs

ran out, there was supposed to be somewhere on the web that
gave you new codes to type in, but I never got it to work.

For a minute there I was thinking it was coming from Thor the scandinavian sat, but , you re probably right.... astra 19e

I guess that was all of its time,,, the 1980s 1990s,
the web has cut out the need for all that nonsense now.
and if you want xxx channels they are even on the freeview box !

Over the years I ve got a lot to thank German TV for,
Im talking about general TV now , theres a ton of channels up
there all free to air with lots of music and entertainment shows
lots of variety type shows that have disappeared from ITV and BBC

Without the German TV channels Id have been stuck with
the politically correct BBC and the wall to wall soaps that is what
has become of UK TV.

The UK is still a big player in the world of television punching
above its weight and even taking on the USA , but, in terms of
programmes and spending power, Germany is definitely
up there in the big league.

France should be up there too, but I cant think of much French stuff that I ve watched over the past 20 years.
(maybe its all in secam or something ? )

RTL own Channel 5(UK) and one of the largest production companies Freemantle now.. probably won't be long before they get some of ITV
anyway back to the analog sky. German version of Tutti Frutti on a friday night was brilliant especially the lovely Moniqui Slutya

Yes we got 3 SAT N1 and some others including DSF Sport channel which used to show strips late night-got a few of those on tape somewhere. Most channels showed some sexy films but those were mostly RTL, RTLII, PRO7 & SAT.1 RTL was where I first saw this curious gambling/strip game called Tutti Frutti.

I think I paid £200 for the decoder box, for which I got about 3 entertainment channels + 2 movie channels including hard porn on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a clip I taped from Xmas/New Year 1995. It shows the Filmnet/TV1000 hosts relaxing with some wine. They end up taking their clothes off. I really liked the blonde in the black jacket: does anyone know her name?

all brings back fond memories we should dig out our old tapes and rip them for the forum - many of the films in the early 90s on sat1 are on this board noe in full hardcore versions - "Burning Snow" is one example
