I can't see that you would need permission from anyone to do this and I would be surprised if McBride sought any kind of formal agreement. However, I have no way of telling. I think the point is, why should anyone actually care about any of this? If Clare Deloughrey had been doing hardcore porn and linking it to the fire service this might be different, but it was just some harmless nonsense and whoever was in charge and asked her to leave comes across as a sad old fart. This is not the way you treat staff and it suggests dual standards.

And I would add that the audition for the new Milk Tray man was most certainly not a private affair. I watched much of McBride doing his stuff on the BBC TV News including scenes with his colleagues at the fire station.

High School Teacher Quits Job After Being Outed As Porn Star
Music teacher Kristin Sundman, 31, was allegedly working as a porn star at one point, but it’s not yet known whether she was working as a teacher at the same time. Footage of her discovered online include scenes showing her masturbating and performing sex acts on another man.

Last month it seemed like former Mexican police officer Nidia Garcia’s life was essentially ruined when a topless selfie taken in a patrol car leaked onto the internet and went viral. The offending NSFW photo can be seen here.

The Sun reported that Garcia was put on leave after the photo surfaced, only to end up quitting of her own volition to avoid the disgrace of getting fired. Garcia’s higher ups launched an internal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the racy picture because she happened to be in uniform and brandishing her weapon when the photo was taken. Sure, it was a lapse in judgment, but it’s arguable as to whether the incident calls for the end of a cop’s career, especially given how much of the Mexican police force is in the pockets of drug cartels. By comparison, an indiscreet picture seems like small potatoes when it comes to officer misconduct.
In addition to career strife, the photo also caused a rift between her and her husband, as the photo wasn’t taken for or by him. Garcia told Daily Mail that her husband “was so disgusted” that she let another man take her picture that he “left the house.”
According to Garcia, there was nothing lascivious behind the photo and that it was taken by her patrol partner as a joke. “My patrol partner is like a brother to me,” said Garcia. “I’m not having an affair with him, or anyone else, we simply took the photos as a laugh.”
Yeah, I don’t know if I blame her husband for not buying that one.
In any case, things blew up when Garcia lost her cell phone and then began receiving messages from someone demanding that she have sex with him in return for the photos staying off the internet. I think we all know how that blackmail scenario turned out.
Despite wrecking her career and destroying her marriage, the viral photo opened a lucrative new door for the mother of two. Garcia is now working as an exotic dancer all over Mexico where she is raking in about $700 per appearance.
“My husband is ignoring the fact that I’m now a stripper,” Garcia said. “The whole scandal has been extremely hard on him, since he has to listen to his colleagues laugh about me and make fun of him. I just want to put it behind us and start again. But these things are impossible to forget.”
Although she’s clearly sad about her marriage, Garcia is optimistic about her new vocation. She signed on with a talent agent who calls her “one of the most famous women in Mexico,” and she’s booked in clubs all the way through September. Also, her official Facebook page has already surpassed over 100,000 followers.

“Whoever was threatening her with posting her intimate photos online did her a massive favor,” said manager Mario Rodriguez.
