Q for Admin: re discussion vs posting

In the Karen Price thread started here in the discussion forum, ujil2 requested that that thread be moved to Karen's own posting thread. While this is a worthy request, I have reservations.

On several occasions, I have attempted to add germane observations and discussion to the posting threads of several women, both models and actresses. I nearly all cases, one of the Mods deleted my posts, presumably as not being appropriate for a thread devoted to showcasing the appearances and modeling efforts of the women therein.

My question then is this; should discussion of the models and actresses be in their posting threads, or should separate threads be started for them here, devoted to discussion and with little to no posted material?

Good question

The reason for this Sub Forum is to be able to discuss anything about a model while keeping her thread in SM dedicated to content.

Its now possible for someone to now have 2 threads, one with only pictures/vids, and another just for discussion.

Another question re the same topic-- there was a Danni Ashe discussion tharead and it was removed. I see that most of the posts that don't have graphic content - images or video, get deleted in her thread.

why not just move them into a discussion thread?

We've had this discussion more than once over the years, and over several models/celebs. That's why we now have places to be able to have discussions, so that the main threads can be kept free of endless gossip and writing.

It works for most of us this way, I guess.

And though not all mod's like the GD&N sections, I know; it can sometimes give members information and answers that they couldn't hope to get elsewhere in such forums. IMHO.

If the thread is re-started will it be removed again?
