Maybe it's best we don't pry. Leave some of that mystery we always saw in her eyes. Please tell her Mother that she was loved for a unique talent that very few actresses can claim. Today, in accordance to Lauren's last wishes, her ashes were scattered on the beach in the small coastal FL town she lived in. I'm keeping a small portion in a locket on a necklace so she'll always be near me.

Before I go,
Despite all reports, Lauren only was in the industry for 9 months. It was a few years before studios released them, making it seem she was still working. This contributed to her divorce.
So many stories she told me about her costars...her fav was John Dough, Randy Spears was one of the most polite and a "class clown" on set, Tianna was the only one who ever really got her off onscreen.
She didn't like girls in RL, but the lesbian movies paid 2-3x more.
Her very first scene was with Tom Byron in Insatiable Immigrants. They went on a few dates even, but she said his personality offset just wasn't her style.
The photo shoot with Jon Dough on the 1st page of her thread here was shot in her apartment in LA.
The white Firebird she drives in Farmers Daughter was really her car.

So much more trivial things she told of her days in the industry. ..maybe if some really want to know.
Back to lurking and looking for new clips of her.

Now you see, this is one of the things I love about the classic porn community. We're people who have a genuine affection for the stars we grew up with; we're thrilled to hear when they are doing well and we're genuinely saddened when they're not. Lauren was special because she had that wonderful, wicked grin when she was having sex (always the hallmark of a hot partner) but she also had a real vulnerability to her, so much so that there were times where I thought, "I don't know if this gal is in the right business."
