Well, Texas was one of those states that the Supreme Court had to reverse their sodomy laws in 2003 - so not really a surprise they have some puritans complaining about sex dolls.

And the question does pop up in my mind, who would want to buy a used sex doll? Obviously someone wanting to pay a little less than full price, but...…...never mind.

If someone wants to test drive a sex doll before buying - the same way they test drive a car before purchase and having to pay money for such privilege, I don't see how is that any of the City's business!

I thought I read somewhere that a sex doll brothel was opening up in a Canadian city. "Test driving" could be used as a way to do brothel doll sex without actually having to be a brothel, if you charged a "test driving" fee.

I can actually see the city's point here. That could turn out to be another vector for STDs.

Guy goes to the doctor's office, says "geez, it hurts like a bastard when I piss."
