I smoked daily for 35 years until I felt I was losing my grip on reality. I found it hard to stay focused during conversations, was easily distracted and was regularly bumping into door frames, dropping things, slurring my speech and stuttering. I quit three years ago and my clarity of thought and motor control returned within a couple of weeks.

A thorough check-up at the hospital after a dislocated shoulder has given me a clean bill of health.
I'd should add that anyone who tells you that marijuana is addictive should be questioned. For me at least, it was a very easy habit to break and the £200 pm I was spending on hash is being put to better use. I haven't missed it at all.
