Today I Learned

If you promise to do the housework, vacuuming etc.... and get none of it done, 15 minutes before the female of the house arrives wrap a bandage around your foot and then lie on the couch with it raised

My internet was cut off on July 22, I didn't pay the bill, they turned everything off. I just got it back, so 9 days of no internet, things move very slow, very boring the first day. I managed to find things to keep me occupied, but still, nothing fully beats having internet. That's the state of life today, if this was 15 years ago, or even 10 years ago, I would be less distressed over not having internet.

Anyways, that made me learn what things to do to keep occupied, obviously watching movies, but I also did some file sorting through my hard drives, finished a GIF project I started in November of last year. Through my therapist, I learned that I need to communicate more with certain people.

As far as today, I was watching an interview with Jason David Frank, who is the God of all things Power Rangers, which I'm just summing up to feed his ego, I don't truly believe that. He dropped a little nugget of trivia I never read about before, and find it shocking it took until this week for the info to come out. He auditioned for the Street Fighter movie. He didn't say which character, I would imagine either Ken or Carlos Blanka before he became Blanka, the skinny Hulk ripoff. I lean towards Ken since he fought, and he'd be much better than the clown that played him, Damian Chapa. He also said fellow co-star in Power Rangers Austin St. John auditioned as well (he also said he could be wrong on that). Maybe for Ken, that would work, he was the original Red Ranger, Ken wears Red. Though in the games, Ken is blonde, in the movie, he's a brunette (ugh), and he's a brunette, so, could've worked.

I hope I never go without internet for such a long time ever again. A day, manageable. Two days, okay. Anything above that, trouble.

That I forgot to post on here yesterday

As (Shudder) luck would have it almost the same thing happened again.
My D.I.Y obsessed new neighbour assaulted me with verbals.
Well six and a bit months is new.
Although he`s told me so much unwanted information about his life story I feel like I've known the gibbering gimp for years.
Anyway he appeared out his door once more. As I was going past.
I say appear.
More like was waiting for me and threw himself out of it.
Telling you that bastard must be part Viet-Cong.
Always springing up somewhere making jump

Yet for once there was a bit of cheery news flowing from his gob.
That being he`s going off on holiday for two weeks to Belgium.
Which`ll be very nice.
For me

He then had to spoil it slightly by saying he cries whenever his holidays draw to an end.
Maybe that`s true only why in the cocking cheese tell me

Geez looks like we`ll both be weeping in a fortnight then.
Him over having to leave and me because the negative noisy bleeder is coming back

I can't dance. I have always suspected that this might be the case but I think today proved it. Enthusiasm is not a real alternative to talent. But it's all I have when it comes to dancing.
