I learned that Power Rangers was banned in New Zealand for being too violent. I would say that it's still banned, if I knew for sure. I don't. The ironic thing though is that since 2003, the series has been filmed and produced there. I don't know if the 2019 season will continue that tradition, I kind of hope not. I just finished the 2004 season, Dino Thunder, that and its predecessor Ninja Storm did allow me to see some beautiful shots of the country, but ehhh, it's the cheapness surrounding it. They moved to New Zealand just to cut costs, not necessarily that it's a beautiful location.

I think it was lifted in 2011. Even Never Neverland has to eventually join the real world. It's funny my daughter mocking her two kids for being big Power Ranger fans. 'Shuddup dad!' she told me when I told them she was the worlds biggest TMNT fan when she was their age.

After Napoleon marched his army into Egypt, French artists felt licensed to get smutty and blame it on what the scholars supposedly found in the Islamic world, That was right before Deguer invented the photograph in Paris too, It was crazy back then ...a real smut renaissance.
