I don't believe the headless shot of the cover model and "Tina" are the same model.
I have never seen shots that DO show "Tina's" face, that ever had a feather boa in the shot or covering her ample bosom and areola, not to say impossible, but I think it is unlikely.

I have only ever seen photos of Tina from this same photo shoot/set-up. It appears she may only have done this once, appeared nude in photos that is.
I have seen other shots/poses from this set up in many early 1970s men's mags, though the variances are minimal, IIRC, and she is usually, though not exclusively named as Tina or Tina Caralini or some spelling variation thereof.

IIRC, I have seen her named as Fran in unknown Parliament or similar like publication, that I can not recall the name of now. But other than that I really have only seen her named Tina. And only from photos that are from this same shoot.
