Following its feature titled 'The Carnal Carnival of Rio', Mayfair Magazine plublished various letters on the same subject, in Vol. 19 #8 (August 1984).

I don't know how much of this can be true.
Kenneth Bound, the Editor, was not above an exaggeration or two, so I wonder.
And yet...
