Creating Subtitles (probably the easiest way)

Creating subtitles for a movie is a lot of work. It will still be a lot of work with this method.

How do subtitles work?

Well you'll need to create a simple Textfile with the ending .srt.
Those can be loaded with vlc or similar players.

A Srt file looks like this:

Conclusion: You have to transcribe everything and also add the correct timings - which is a pain in the ass. Doing everything manually will of course always be better than using automated processes. However I think the amout of time needed for this is just to huge.

So we want to use some software for this that helps us.

Solution:
Youtube has a pretty decent voice recognition. That's a pretty useful tool to generate the srt timings.
However you should not expect that youtube can do everything for you.
It depends on language, accent and the words used.


At least there is not much scotish porn ...

Steps:
1. Rip the audio of your file
2. Now you have to create a movie from it as youtube blocks sound only files. A random pic + sound is enough to make it work.
3. The file might be still to big to upload. Use handbrake (or any other software) to reduce it. Lowest video quality as possible. Upload it.
4. On youtube you can set the video to private. So nobody can see your porn dialogue uploads.
Most important step is to set the original language.
5. If you go to the video manager in youtube, there will be an option for subtitles.
6. Click on it and choose "auto transcribe" (or how it is named in english).
7. In my case it did nothing and just added the first cap. Because this will take some time. Even for the google cloud. I logged in the next day and:
Video was fully transcribed. You now have a srt file with pretty much correct timings that you can download and edit.
8. The speech recognition from youtube is pretty good - but it is also bad.
It might work for oxford english very well, but not for other languages.
But you don't have to start from the scratch.
9. You can edit the subtitles now with youtube. The editor is pretty good.
Editing everything will still take some time. You probably have to edit every line (depends on the language and the content).
10. If you are finished you can upload your file to "opensubtiles". They do accept XXX content, as far as I know.

Translations:
There is a tool called "srttranslator", which just uses google translate.Of course this can't be perfect. But the important point is that you fix the voice recognition errors first.

TLDR: Nobody will fix the actual transcribing for you. And there might be other solutions. But you don't need any software to generate the timings with this method. And the youtube voice recgnition helps, although it is oftern pretty bad.
