Anyway Hey Kev Say you lived in Australia and say you happened to be a mod on a porn forum of all places This is what you would have done today .... You'd have gone to Geelong ..... well, you could palo5 can't, he's banned from Geelong for life ... Back to where I was, yep you'd have taken Mamma E and that other female E out to lunch on the foreshore to the Geelong Boat House then have them both pick on the only male in their company then get up and go outside for a smoke and take a few pics in it's vicinity Just across the road from there is this That's the same building the original Ford plant in Geelong where parts came off ships on that same pier in the pic above these from Canada while the main plant was being built about 5 miles away. That building is now a Deakin University campus ...... and just 200 yards up the road from there is a special little building I'm sure loosegoose won't forget I parked right across the road from it

Nice thought
Every time I'm down there, weekly at least once, I can't help but want to be home. Down there on the Eastern Beach foreshore as you know it's been modernised and compared to what it was like 30 years ago, now a bit of a day trip Mecca for people from Melbourne, but here's the thing, a place like Seamist and quite a few other buildings in the area it's almost like the 60's never left .. I know exactly what you were talking about a few pages back when you mentioned the place. I like that it will never leave, the general feeling that some things in Geelong will never change, I like what the councils have done and make the most of Geelongs maritime past and used it as tourism attractions, just like that Boat House restaurant using a boats hull, BTW, I recommend you go there, great up market fish and chips

HI there Estreeter. All this info about what's up in Geelong is very interesting, but you don't have to do it anymore, unless you want to. The problem is since I don't know anything about Geelong I can't really picture it in my mind. I can't really get the feelings about what your telling me and showing me as you do. The same thing would happen if I gave you the daily happenings about my neighborhood in Chicago. Without knowing anything about what it really looks like you can't get the feelings about it. It's similar to what I feel when I look in a travel book. All those pictures of buildings, fountains, monuments, museums. it's meaningless to me. I know I started this, but if you want you may end it!
