I understand the logic behind mandating that portions of files should be no less than 500 MB, but perhaps there should be an upper limit?
Has anybody else been able to download these two files using a downloader?

I got Corruption (1983) ok with JDownloader #2 but again I have a premium A/C

I am not a Premium user but have been downloading from time to time with the "free" service...it takes a while.
However recently after the advert pops up I can no longer get the website to download anything at all....dead as a doornail and the download "icon" is unresposive.
I wonder if the website has blocked my downloading as I am not a Premium entity.
Thoughts? Advice ?

try with another browser, there is no limitation for free users, AFAIK

Adblock Pro stopped working on 1fichier page in Firefox, I'm using Chrome now, but I don't think that is the cause for this problem. I had some issues with websites that I could only solve by disabling Ghostery. Java could be a problem too, as stated 2 posts earlier: try a different browser.

I think this file host should implement a payment of Credit Cards. It is hard to buy premium from them. Bitcoins, French bank IBAN, Paysafecard etc. it is so hard to pay..

I've paid via bank transfer 2 or 3 times now and had no problems whatsoever.
You should wait till July or August though, they will probably have the usual offer again, 1 year premium for 10 Euro (plus costs for the payment).

Don't know if this sounds familiar: I recently uploaded some movies to my 1fichier, I have a premium account, but I can't find them anywhere in my 'root' folder. There's only 1 other folder there and the recent files aren't in it...

When I log out of my premium account and try download two of them, I get a message saying that as unregistered user I should wait for 15 minutes or so till the next download.

I have 4610.00000 GB of Hotlinks Credits enabled so anyone should be able to download my files without a problem, or am I totally wrong? Where did my files go? Should I make sure I am logged in and upload them again, then renew the posted links?
