Just wondering people's thoughts on "Which Classic Porn Films have the best songs/soundtrack music?"

Does anyone know of albums, websites, downloads of music from Classic Porn in the 1970s and 80s?

Personally I love the excellent music from Marilyn Chamber's Insatiable.

I've been searching for the song "Morning, Noon, and Nighttime" (originally sung by Jane Olivor) from Insatiable. I think that Marilyn herself sang the song in duet with a male singer (and did a beautiful job of it). It was played during the more romantic parts of the movie and the end credits. Does anyone know where I could download/buy a copy.

Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks.

Nurses of the 4077th has a pretty good soundtrack and overall good sets, it's almost a real movie.

It's hard to talk about porn soundtracks in the 80ies since most of the music seems to come from so-called libraries. You might have noticed the same tunes in different movies.

That's very true. I think that's why Marilyn Chambers in "Insatiable" was so amazing! Can you imagine a porn actress today singing her own theme song?

How about Nightdreams. Has a brilliant version of Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire over a very stylish 3 girl scene. Anyone know of another genuine hit track licenced for use in a commercially released porno?

Debbie Does Dallas has some wild jazz jam in there that I've heard a few times over some Muzak tracks at work and in grocery/department stores.

Great thread, and an area where I have a lot of interest/love (soundtracks). Have heard quite a few mainstream songs just stolen/used in classic adult porn. However never wrote them down, would just laugh to myself like how can they just steal a song, use it and not get sued. Or maybe they did license, I don't even know. for me the greatest song/theme ever written was the one used in Taboo2 - the scene where Dorothy Le May blows her brother, Kevin James. After protesting and protesting about what a freak he is.

New Wave Hookers has an awesome soundtrack that features Electrify Me by The Plugz. I believe there was even a soundtrack album released for the film!

My wife and I rented the movie when it was first released on VHS and we loved the movie as well as the music. The song playing during the Devil scene was freaking amazing. Since the scene starred Traci Lords it had to be removed, along with the epic tune, when it was released on DVD

If anyone knows the name of the song or where it can be obtained please post.

This album is pretty awesome and has a couple of songs from New Wave Hookers. It also has the earlier mentioned Ring of Fire by Wall of Voodoo from Nightdreams:
