Hmm....maybe in Iran masturbation is frowned upon or forbidden.........but if you were only doing it for medical purposes......sniff

However I have my doubts as actually most of the body is linked into the autonomic nervouse ssystem, the symapthetics are the go pedal and the parasympathestics are the brake pedal but vascular outflow and penis engorgement together with ejaculaing are controlled by neurotransmitters released from pre and post ganglionic nerve fibres.

Hayfever is driven via histamine release into the local circulation.
