Dennis Rodman, went to college with him. Moe Bandy and Conway Twitty...two big country stars from a few decades ago. Also Reba Mcentire, I would assume you've heard of her. But, the favorite one of all time, Donna Douglas aka Ellie May Clampett. She was probably late 40s at the time, still as pretty as she ever was. Also, she actually was from the south, and had a real southern accent. But it wasn't that twangy Ellie May accent that we heard on the show, it was more that soft southern lilt.

I've done two back stage meet & greets. One was with KISS (minus Ace & Peter but with Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer) The other one was with James Hetfield and Jason Newstead of Metallica.
Porn Stars: Jeanette Littledove, Keisha, Christy Canyon, Ashlyn Gere, Sammie Sparks, Diamond Foxxx, Ryan Conner. Sterling Marlin who was a NASCAR driver came to our business for an autograph session. Former Alabama governor George Wallace during his last term in office when we went to Montgomery on a senior field trip in high school. I also met him when I was much younger when he came to a University of North Alabama football game sometime in the 70's. George Jones bought a used car from my father and I remember going down there to meet him. I'm going to do another meet & greet VIP sort of thing in November with Emmylou Harris.

Yep. Born Harold Lloyd Jenkins, Conway started in rock 'n' roll with the hit "It's Only Make Believe" in 1958, then moved into country scoring solo hits and duet hits with Loretta Lynn.
He died in 1993 and is a member of the Halls of Fame for Country Music, Delta Music, and Rockabilly.

I've seen from my own eyes but didn't speak with them:
Bill Clinton and her daughter walking in the street of Geneva. Al Gore For Palo5 Евгений Максимович Примаков I spoke a few minutes with Peter Gabriel. I told him that I really like one of his album. I spoke with Pelé during 20 minutes in Portuguese. He was very nice and agreed to take a picture with me shaking hands. I spoke a little bit with Stan Wawrinka and met him two times. I've seen three times Roger Federer and exchange three or four words. I had the great privilege to play one game chess against the three times USSR champion and coach of the world champion Anatoli Karpov : Lev Polougaieski. He destroyed my Gambit without any pity. I've seen the finalist of two world chess championship: Viktor Kortchnoi in a chess tournament but didn't play against him. |

Having done a lot of Audiovisual events, show with bands on bills with me, and the strange rhythm of the touring body clock, perhaps some of these meetings are because they have the same clock ? who knows, It is wonderful the time some of you take to describe and list all details, I really do not have the time, if any ?? Yes he is, was. As was pointed out by tygrkhat. He got his stage name from Conway Arkansas, and Twitty Texas. From about 1970ish through about 1990ish he was as big a star as country music had.

Steve Marriott
So Sad that I was standing next to Dillon Jones, Son of Kenny Jones, in the Law Studio(Cranleigh/Surrey), when the phone call regarding the fire with Steve, all Kenny said was, "All my friends are dropping like flies"

For you pro wrestling fans, I met Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart at the Toronto Airport this morning. As you recall, he was the loudmouth, cheating manager of bad guys/heels and he used a megaphone to further annoy the fans. We were going through security and he was by himself. Aged, heavily tanned, but still recognizable (his WWF jacket helped!) and he still wears a mullet. I just said "Hi Jimmy!" and he responded "Hi How are You!" A very quick encounter.
