Ok, but how do I post? I know I need a image host and I see a thread that I want to contribute to so what do I do?

You've been a member since 2012, but you only have a couple of posts.
Read these Forum rules. At the bottom of that post is a section called Posting Guidelines. There are some good tips there.

Then you should read this guide to posting images using the imagehost imgbam. It will show you how to do what you're asking.

You can then practice posting in the Test Forum until you're ready.
