Imagehost Problems, Imagebam, Imagevenue, PimpAndHost, PixHost, ImgBox etc - Page 86

The day before yesterday I uploaded two sets of nearly 60 images using PimpAndHost and the latest Firefox, by selecting all the files in the folder. In each case 4 or so images didn't load and I had to insert them afterwards, but it didn't hang.

I do remember it had a problem of hanging last year, but only on bulk uploading. You don't say if you're able to upload single images.

It seems that all imagehosts have an issue sometimes where some people can't see the images while others can, for reasons yet to be explained - at least to me. Perhaps this is the same problem, happening with loading.

To eliminate the possibility that you've made some change to Firefox though, try starting it with add-ons disabled, using the option on the Help menu. This doesn't actually disable the plug-ins - Flash is needed to run the uploader.

If Adblock Plus is causing your problem, you can check by just turning it off temporarily - right-click on its Toolbar button and select 'Disable on vintage-erotica-forum.com'. But I'd have thought that if Adblock did cause a problem, it would stop you using the uploader at all, not just make it hang. I have to click on the Flashblock button to make the uploader work - did analeyes mean that?

I just meant that if you have Flashblock installed, the 'browse' button doesn't appear until you click on the ƒ.

I've been having a problem with Imagebam for a long time now where at certain times of the day I can try to load a gallery and the connection will start strong at 1200kb per second or so, then it will drop down to 20kb per second and just stay there. When it does that it will not load anymore images. It might load the first one then stops or stalls out. You can leave it alone for hours then come back and it will still be stuck right there.
