Yahoo Mail password problem-has anyone else had this?

This morning my father decided that he wanted me to set up another Yahoo account-he found that he couldn't send a bulk e-mail to many addresses by Hotmail, so reluctantly I set one up for him, this time it was a dotcom sort not a dot-co-dot-uk which I don't think is available anymore. Anyway, I added the address of Hotmail as his alternative e-mail address and his mobile phone number-these can be used to get Account Keys to allow you to regain access should you lose it again. The Account Key sent to the mobile worked and finally it was verified so now he is happy. I just hope that isn't attacked as well. We are due a refund next month for the ludicrous amount of Gigabytes they say he used-apparently they had a problem with their system over a two-day period BUT his defence was he was out of the country and no-one else used his machine. It is linked to the iPad but no downloads occurred and all I can pin a big use of GBs down to is the iOS update that happened a few weeks ago. Anyway we shall see what happens next month.

if you can access his account via your mom's ipad, add an alternate email,
that they can send the password to. simple
