This! It leads to one question still unresolved - how the "ruling class" emerged in humans in the first place?

Say, who actually "rules" your factory? If it has:
>workers (how many from around the country vis-a-vis from the locale?)
>overseers (call them sergeants)
>scientific department (is it in Silicon Valley or right on site?)
>managers
>owners/shareholders
>government inspectors (regulations for industry at large)

"Decrease" is a word that does not exist in the Capitalist dictionnary.
There are people who frown upon the constant increases solely because they are physically/mentally unable to cope with the increasing job complexity.

In your opinion, what is the percentage of such people? What is their fate?

Khrushchev .... what a whankher

"About the capitalist states, it doesn't depend on you whether or not we exist. If you don't like us, don't accept our invitations, and don't invite us to come to see you. Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!"

Where is Khrushcher Khrushchev now?
Died 11 September 1971

Where is Communism now?
In utter retreat accompanied by the sad cries of revisionist puppets trying to convince us to give a failed system yet another chance.

Commies, I'd sooner join the Moonies.

The most typical animal social organization is a herd - all stay together but fundamentally each is for himself.
Humans still retain this approach in dealings with each other in general.

Then why the exceptional reverence before all these symbolic things that make the society - state, religion, work institutions?

Communism disappeared because Capitalist stooges are awful egoists. Nothing else.
They know that they are sneaky stooges, but they prefer to lie to themselves and to strut head up.
They daily wake up to go to work, to often make jobs that are senseless for receiving some pennies on their bank account that often are devaluated through inflation by the pupetters.

Two days ago I spoke with an old ex-Marxist who lived in Chili during Allende.
He told me: "We tried, but it slowly seemed to me that was impossible. Humanity is not sufficiently benevolent to become Communist.
There always are some guys in the collectivity, who are jealous, greedy, egoist and trie by all the way to destroy or to take advantages of the efforts of the collectivity. They don't want to follow the rules of a better society.
At the end that results with a clash of the group."

In the case of Chili, it was America that helped Pinochet to overthrow Allende.

Such a shame.

And he even added:
"Could you believe that I still read Chilean people of my generation on facebook telling that Pinochet was a good man?
They are pleased to be stooges."

That's the same with some Italian colleagues I have, telling me that their grandfathers told them that under Mussolini life was good.

You probably have the same saying in English: "Man is a wolf for the men".
In undemocratic Capitalist societies, it seems that we are not that more evoluted than wolves.

I understand precisely that YOU won't clean up after the others. Then why do you do it under capitalism?? For money yeah, but what can you buy with it what you cannot do on your own?

Because you can clean only after yourself, and live on your own. That's what true anarchy is about.

Again, I don't see the reasons of your argument. Are "7 billion" cramped into one place?
Nothing connects two persons, even neighbors, except capitalist job and government relations. All people do on their own. The billions of Hindus or Africans, even urban dwellers, grow their own food.

Hierarchy and command structures exist in all societies, even those which purport to be anarchistic. For example, was Sid Vicious equal in power and authority to Johnny Rotten in the Peoples' Republic of Sex Pistols? Just how egalitarian were the Mammas and the Poppas? If everyone rows the oars independently you see a lot of activity and yet the boat doesn't go anywhere.

What do you mean by "iron hand"?
Name three greatest life-changing events since the Antiquity. First fire? First bow? First army? First penicillin? First car? How many of their creators were monarchs?

How the hierarchy could ever include people/organizations not actually involved in business (absentee)?
