If all other 1fichier links work normal, and assuming you see a page like in the screenshot, then all you need to do is clear the password field (see arrow) at the top of the page, enter the password as given in the original post there (if you copy/paste, make sure there are no spaces), and hit download button, that should work.

If that still doesn't work, you can try and check the 'Download without SSL encryption' option, it might help.

I keep saying - if you have issues with a host
- provide 1 link for others to try and give direct feedback

It may help if you also mention your

region
isp
browser / any add-ons used like ad-blockers / script blockers
your operating system
security suite
modem/router used

The more detail you provide the better chance of getting an accurate helpful solution rather than the usual general ones.

All the above have caused issues with all manner of hosts but finding the exact reason
can only be found by the process of elimination

I thinks Operas VPN add-on that sounds like it needs to be manually activated
is a cure for most of the issues because it bypasses your ISP / Region

As a free user if a host is under stress there are no solutions but waiting sadly

I think anyone still relying soley on browsers would be wise to look into
download managers

Tried VPN with different ip´s with a lot of browsers
Ad blockers was disabled
Dl managers same problem,no dl
router? i think not
tried some other antivirus tools ,no dl
1 fichier was the first hoster that make this problems for me ,never before i have such so much trouble to dl a file.

I'd add screenshots to info that you could provide, it might very well speed up things when finding a solution for your problem. There have been a number of different issues with 1fichier recently, but as far as I know all of them were solved, one way or the other.

After Rapidshare went down, 1fichier worked so well for me that I got me a premium account when it was on offer, never had any real problems before or after that. I am not an expert though, I just like to help out whenever I can, but without any info other than "when I should write the password / tried all options / no dl / never had so much trouble", it's kinda hard to help you out (no offense).

Edit: my bad, it does NOT work for me in Chrome or Firefox when I log out of 1fichier, all it wants to do is overwrite my own password, but it does work in Opera, no adblocker installed and not signed in to my premium account.
