Which of course, wont show or work if you have Adblock Plus running, as I found out. You have to disable it for the uploading Post page. This may be where all the confusion is coming from ? Using the 'Browse' button as an attachment tool ?.....Just saying :-)

The icon that is where the current 'quote message in reply sits' right as i type this now; above the list of icons. You used to use that to add images, which would appear in the panel below, then you added them into the post at the end, rearranging your text as you wished... This must be where the confusion has occurred...

I recall a whole lot of badshit going down around that time that ended with a lot of Attachments content dieing - 30% from memory - i recall some host freeimage.hu or something similar that we were using around then died....after that the browse button connected to P & H as Jenny said
