My beefs with modern porn:

Nail art: This shit looks horrible and is just distracting. It's also impractical, especially for lesbians if you see what I mean.

Fuschia pink liptstick: Looks horrible, unnatural and unpleasant. Come to that, any colour other than red is horrid. Lipstick should be red, and red alone, in porn at least. Excessive make-up is bad generally.

Excessive jewellery: I've seen some photo shoots of stunning women that have been ruined by them wearing excessive and ugly jewellery. It's distracting and detracts from their beauty.

Biggest beef of all: I hate cosmetic surgery, I hate fake tits most of all but I also hate trout pouts. Natural beauty is best.

Other than that of course, I also dislike mysoginy in porn, where the women are treated roughly, slapped, choked, manhandled roughly. I also hate scenes where there's more than one guy present, these scenes do nothing for me.

I'll chime in and repeat some of what others have stated. New porn all looks the same to me. Women, usually with tats and piercings, with NO visible eroticism at all. And guys who look like they just stepped out of the gym. Bald, tatted up, He-Man-esqe, and impossibly hung. One of the great things about vintage porn was that the guys usually looked like pretty much every other guy on the street. Women too for the most part. Now it's men and women so fake looking it's a turn off (to me).

And it also seems like the women are always being treated like pieces of meat. Gagged, fucked really hard, thrown around, called 'bitch' and 'whore' constantly, etc. Come on. I know I sound like 'the old uncle' but one of the reasons vintage scenes are so hot is there's some context to the sex. And the people involved actually seemed like they were turned on and into it. It was never about the acting ability, but a little story went a long way to adding to the eroticism. Compare Kay Parker and Mike Ranger's buildup and scene in Taboo when she comes into his bedroom to the crap MILF videos they have now. No comparison.

And now, in 2018, VEF is allowing films as recent as a production date of 1997 to be posted. In five years, the very crap we hate will be here. VEF either needs a cut-off date of not accepting posts more recent than 199X or to put the newer loathsome stuff in a different section.
