Dr Web indicates it is a malicious site as I proviously posted.

Why u not post that over 60 other programs on virustotal say that 1fichier is a clean site? U pick 1 result of a prog (i never heard about) and take it as the truth. I use 1 fichier for more than 5 years daily on different Computers with different Antivirus progs without one Report of viruses, Trojaner or other things. Do you think a site like 1 fichier could exist for such a long time spreading viruses on the site.

p.s. i dont know if u think u get this virus on the site or through a file u downloaded from the site. If u get it through a file u downloaded from 1fichier u should now that 1fichier can not check the content. If u download things (movies, warez, music ...) from unofficial sources u are responsible for ur security and in ur case it seems that u did not enough.

I don't think yours is a valid comment as obviously there will be a distribution of quality as in any products.......it is my understanding that Dr Web is a superior site and has found some new viruses before anyone else.........maybe it is ahead of the game?

It would be interesting to have an observation from someone with real expertise as I would like to use 1Fishier again if its OK.

The program you are using is owned by Google. Google has a habit of labeling sites as malicious just because one person decides to report it on a whim.

I use 1fichier on a daily basis and have never had a problem with them. I use Firefox with the NoScript and AdblockPlus addons along with Avast Endpoint Protection and I've never had a warning at all.

Hi guys,

Is anyone else facing any issues downloading from 1fichier? When I start a download, the speed just doesn't stay stable, it fluctuates wildly, and the transfer will usually get interrupted after a while.

Any one else having this issue?

I just downloaded a 800MB file from 1fichier. I don't any problem with download speed though. I got a constant 6 Mbps which is my maximum.
