Recently a movie called "College Outing" was posted to the Classic Movies thread. No date was given other than 1970s, and looks to be very early in that decade. Both the leads are unshaven, who are in San Francisco sampling the adult night life. There is also a third female and cannot determine if she is unshaven because the lighting and resolution are poor and what appears to be underarm hair may just be shadow.

Don't know if our moderator wants to go in this direction, but there were a lot of extreme or fetish videos filmed in the 1980s that featured unshaven pits.
