This is just extracted Henrietta's scene from the 'Imperial Bordello' sequence of the film 'Caligula'.

and again, at approx. 00:34 (of this clip), she appears as Lucky's right, er, pardon me, left gentle and useful hand, contriving a clever epic, historically significant, court plot, involving his valiant balls (that have yet to play their crucial part):

These are actual screencaps in the native resolution, not resized or tinkered with any other way.

Here are a couple of catalog pages from Larry Caye - The Latent Image where she was called Vivian Allisandro. The first is from Spring 1976 and the second is from Fall 1976.
