I've investigated this more thoroughly and now I am convinced Suzanne is Cindy Nelson. There is evidence she modeled as early as 1981 so this would account for the difference between her TLI appearance and her look in Penthouse two or three years later. In addition I found the corresponding spots on her arm pointed to by effCup in some of her later pictures. Thanks for all your efforts and I hope I didn't seem too obstinate.

Yes - the "look" (girl next door?) she had when she was in Gent in the early 80s was much different than the glamorous / sophisticated look she had later (PH "Mindy Farrar").
