It amazes me how many folks seem to know how the San Francisco shooting case should have turned out. What quickly becomes obvious is that these folks do not know the facts of the case nor what the law is and the requirements for conviction on the various charges. When I did a little research into the facts and the text of the statutes governing the charges, it was clear that the jury did its job. The shooting and death were tragic accidents. No murder charges or involuntary homicide convictions were applicable.

Now, that does not mean that the Sheriff's office failed to do its job and this fellow never should have been running around loose to find a gun, pick it up, have it go off and ricochet off the pavement into a a woman's back some distance a way and almost miraculously kill her. The man was found guilty of an illegal gun possession charge and faces immigration charges. He may have violated California's three strikes law and face a mandatory life sentence. But really, folks, it is time to stop parroting the hate mongers as if you or they were in any position to judge the appropriate verdict in a case.

Its really a shame, because Google has brought so much convenience to so many people with Google Maps, Street View, etc.
You tube was bought by Google, so I don't give Google too much credit for that, other than since they bought it, the storage and bandwidth that Google is paying for is no doubt astronomical.

In the end, I don't really mind Google, all they do is yank vids when the moneyed SJW's complain, there are still lots of very conservative youtube channels, like Bearing, Molyneux, Sargon, etc.

Still, the place is still staffed with indoctrinated clowns. Will they survive? I hope so, and I don't want to see them torn apart by the state in some kind of misguided anti-trust thing. That wouldn't be fair to the shareholders, after all.
