She's in my roster of unknown Electric Blue babes. The flower tattoo on her left boob was the giveaway. Both episodes are from 1986.

Looks to me a lot like Tish Ambrose. They just covered the birthmark on her tit with that inkspot that I'm guessing is supposed to look like some Chinese character. Kind of magical the way it keeps jumping from right to left to right and back again.
