Third season of Upstart Crow. A show that's funny in it's own right, but even funnier if you know your Shakespeare.

Watched a rerun of the old 1960s, campy Lost in Space TV show this weekend. It was so bad it was good. But I could only watch for about 10 minutes... even I got embarrassed at how silly it was.

Informer didn't disappoint-to use that well-worn cliché "I did not see that coming" same with Bodyguard's ending. Great series which could return. Worth watching because you won't guess the ending.

I had the Seaview toy submarine! It actually cruised underwater- it had a propeller linked to a rubber band and you'd wind up the rubber band by twirling the propeller. Then let it go!

Alas, my Seaview remains at the bottom of the lake behind my old boyhood home... been there 45 years or so.

Dude!!! So did my friend that I am referring to here, one of my best friends. I never watched the show but he had the Seaview and the mini flying sub!!!!

He also had the Space 1999 ship that I thought was so cool; another show he watched but for whatever reason I didn't.

I have also been taping and watching Buck Rogers; watched the 2 part pilot a couple weeks ago. Love that all the women wear skintight Lycra but the show not so much.

That's the reason we all watched it. That and the hope Wilma Deering would have to climb through a tube of some sort.

I've still got a model of that Space 1999 ship-the Eagle Transporter IC Hunt.

Is it the die-cast metal one? I shop at Target (same as Walmart for the Europeans) every week. They have a section in the toy department totally dedicated to retro games and toys. If I ever see a re-released Space 1999 die-cast metal ship I am buying it!

I may have bought a Stretch Armstrong because dammit I never had one. What a stupid purchase; I mean toy!
