Zippyshare problem - Page 3

The owners and maintainers of sharehosting sites are certainly not the worst people in the world.

Does anyone remember how Rapidshare for two weeks or so gave free downloads at full speed for everyone, just before they went offline? That's not the behaviour of people who despise their users or customers.

Zippyshare always worked like a charm, for me as a free user. I had to use a VPN the last two years or so, but all downloads worked at full speed. As far as I know, they lost a major content provider, when a movie-sharing site went offline, and maybe the decision to offer full speed with no restrictions whatsoever wasn't the best business strategy.

I will miss them.

Well we have seen over the years how these free file hosters come and go.
I will be crapping myself if Mediafire or 1fichier call it a day, as I have so much
VEF stuff hosted on them.

I'll call it a day if mediafire goes. There's nothing else out there that's as good. For me at least.
