I know from experience with different browsers and sites even disabling
wont work on some of them as they want them removed totally

For most browsers you look for tools / options

IE

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...9-cb4de6c68aea

Theres also the settings in the PCs internet which includes pop-up blocking
usually found under control panel / internet / privacy / pop-up blocker

If you are going to disable the ad-blocker make sure everything on your PC is up to date

It only happens occasionally but malvertising (malware in ads) will have a field day if you have out of date or insecure software / plugins on it
- security suites arent always bullet proof

How to check your software is up to date

As a downloader, I would rather see people use Keep2Share. You only have to wait an hour between downloads (unlike Rapidgator and Uploaded, which make you wait three), and files aren't gone after a very short time like with Zippyshare. 1Fichier would be better than Zippyshare.

if it's blocked for you it must be specific to your isp or country it's working fine for me just used it.

Default DepositFiles upload error

I have had a few files freshly uploaded to DepositFiles rejected with the error message below even though the upload process has completed with 'OK'. The error message appears if I attempt a download of my own file even just a few seconds after the upload. Changing the filename has no effect (as expected) nor does compressing the file with ZAP. However if I compress with ZAP and also force the use of a password then that is successful as a workaround, presumably because the automation at the DF end cannot then generate the file. I have had about four such cases this year but I have not noticed it prior to then. I guess my file just happens to have a digital footprint which is on the DF banned list even though it is not really banned! Has anyone else noticed this?

"This file does not exist, the access to the following file is limited or it has been removed due to infringement of copyright".

Examples:

With full file name 'Kristina Cole - Billions - S02EP08'.avi:
http://depositfiles.com/files/j0fkfarin

With shortened file name 'KC.avi':
http://depositfiles.com/files/lvvwfit6q

With use of ZAP with password:

A google search via that error message leads to

downloaders using jdownloader are getting the same error message

Depositfiles have had a purge perhaps on existing files as well, possibly?

We know that they've changed their policies towards DMCA notices not long ago 13.3.2017
4 DMCA strikes and your account is blocked

There Wjunction thread hints at issues - delayed payments to uploaders mid March
and accounts blocked / contents deleted / closed due to DMCA
http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-ho...24652-334.html

Its all speculation

Anybody still having problems with Depostifiles? Just tried it and had the BS adds coming up, along with what I thought for a second was ransomware.

Nope.
I use AdblockPlus & Noscript on Firefox.
Depositfiles and solvemedia, recaptcha scripts allowed.
If you're using same, the problem is elsewhere.

I am shut out of all depositfile links. When I click on a link I get this message:
"Problem Loading Page" and "This connection was interrupted"
I haven't been able to download from depositfiles for weeks now.
Never had this problem in the past.

Any ideas?
