You may be right that Sophie's pictorial was a re-print, I don't know, but the issue of Hustler you're showing & with Sophie in it is 2000-06, as shown on your cover pic. & also here.

I actually have this girl in the September 1983 Hustler

Same photo session, and they called her Sophie too, but some different pictures.
Like this one.
