It doesn't look like Caroline Grace. This mystery brunette seems to have a slightly narrower face. It's tough because of the angle and lack of better photos, but I think they're different people.

According to IAFDand VEF's Diamond Collection Catalog Index. The Unknown Girl appeared in Diamond Collection 180 and Diamond Collection 171 playing the role of Sue Ann in both loops. And Stephanie Boyd played the role of Aunt Jane as she did on other loops. You mentioned a girl with double piercing who is actually Stephanie Boyd but you took a screen shot of the girl with dirty blonde hair so I'd assume you're looking for the Uwf. At least we know the origin of the clip.
