So here is the thing about tats. They are purely a matter of taste and style. You get what you pay for and if you are an idiot it doesn't matter how much you pay you'll get a shit tat. If a master artist inks you and you pay him what his/her time and skill are worth you'll generally get a good tat. The woman's right leg that was inked in this post with simple flowers in black was sexy. I have an Imperial Insignia the size of a silver dollar on my right shoulder. It was done my a master artist over a four hour period and most people who have seen it like it. Prison tats done for free with a homemade gun are normally offensive and look like ass.
