Cindy Russell was a Playboy Bunny at the Chicago Playboy Club in the Seventies. Her only appearance in the magazine was in a pictorial titled; "Riverboat Gambolers" in August 1977. It featured nude photos of Cindy with playmates Patti McGuire and Hope Olson. Here are the photos from the pictorial (along with the outtakes) that included Cindy.
