She probably has a bad diet based on too much sugar, cheese and butter.
Lacto vegetarians are almost the same as meat eaters.
Maybe she is not very happy in her life or in bad company.
Fat people often (not always) get first a mental disorder. (Sadness, laziness, depression)

If she was pure vegan, she would not be fat.
Real vegans do not eat altered products.
A classic vegan meal is based on raw salads, raw fruits and cooked beans.
The sauces are based on colza oil, vinegar, aromatic herbs, pepper and a few very few salt.
I've never seen any whale in vegan people.

I woke up and felt great had a half round of golf in the afternoon, played well for my standards and ate like a horse all day , even had muesli for breakfast , plus a banana and 4 scrambled eggs, no meat But that was fixed on the way to golf when I filled the car up and also filled my stomach with 2 sausage rolls a chicken salad sandwich at the club after the golf .... and dinner 2 hours ago, veal schnitzels chips and salad and a beer Think I'll have 2 Beef and Mushroom pies for my midnight snack tonight
