As to the crazy shooter, people reported him but no one in authority had done anything. Religious nuts who talk about demons, etc. are rare. I only met one in my lifetime, I bought all his weapons from him and got him mad at me for telling people he was mental. So a 47 year old white guy is arguing with a black woman about her parking in a disabled parking space without a disabled person placard. Black 28 year old boyfriend hears the commotion, comes out and pushed white guy on his butt. White guy pulls out his CCW pistol and shoots him in the chest.

The black guy was not approaching him after pushing him and did not appear to be a threat, especially with the pistol out. I'd convict the 47 year old white man of manslaughter.

Would you find a jury of 12 who would all convict him of manslaughter? Probably not.

He should not have fired and I think the State Attorney may charge him.

Apparently the shooter was threatening a 31 year old man named Rick Kelly earlier about also parking in the disabled spot. He supposedly threatened to shoot him. Pretty sure the State Attorney will charge him with manslaughter. (Interview film of Kelly shows he is a Black guy too)

I understand what you're trying to say but sadly in this country racial identity of the perpetrator and the victim factors greatly how and if the situation is prosecuted.
