I am stumped on this one!

None of the suggested ladies fit to me. We need to think more of the context of the photo?

I don't think it's Debbie C, but I didn't look close.
Debbie is supposedly 5 foot 8.

The requested girl may be the shortest in the group.
I read Sam Fox is 5'1", so the requested girl couldn't be much taller than that.

I'm thinking SJM is fairly tall, but I couldn't find out.
