Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

jjfox Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 65 Thanks: 224 Thanked 460 Times in 55 Posts	Image Viewer Help! My image viewer has mysteriously been replaced. The one I previously had was excellent. It had a white background, a menu with editing etc available in the top left corner, and individual numbering of images in the bottom left corner e.g. 1 of 30 etc. Unfortunately I don't remember what it was called but think it was just standard - I certainly don't remember particularly downloading it. And I can't find it in my drop-down menu either. Now it's been replaced by horrible Windows Photo Viewer with a yellow background, no editing options and no number in the corner. How do I get my old image viewer back? Thanks JJ
