Google and getty ruined pic search

Google has settled with Getty images about some crap differences and now Google pics search really sucks. Any one know a better picture search platform.
Now a search for a model from this site as an example will turn up maybe a few pics but also a lot of similarly named people also.

Oh and I am boycotting anything Getty.

google has slowly been eaten away by dmca take downs over the past 6 years - see torrent freak
smart move is to find the source forums / blogs / sites and bookmark them

yandex.com yandex.ru or yandex browser seems to be the favourite
i'm guessing it all depends what your searching for

what ever crap sites are clogging up returns on what ever search engine just add their name with a - in front of it or a + for sites you wish to see returns for

Well all I can say is until a couple of days ago it worked like always. Sorry if I brought up an adnaseum talked out subject.

I find google decent enough.

What I don't like is the fact that photos on 'Pinterest' show up quite a lot, and when I go to pinterest I have to sign in if I want to see the big pics or download them.

I've got about a dozen sites that are like a plague at the top of searches

only method i've found that removes them

Keep a text file with problem sites -pinterest etc

cut and paste it with any search to avoid them

Google is very large but getting smaller every year

What with forums like VEF making sections private to keep the bots out
its never going to be 100% even without the DMCA bullshit.

I use Bing for a couple of years now.

Google's safe image search sucks for 2-3 years now when you still can't find hardcore porn photos when you have the safe search set to OFF.

From what i see with the images now

view image being replaced with visit site awhile ago was the start

The latest seems to have nobbled right click view image in new tab
into a redirect to the same as visit site leads to

This is all about advertising and who gets the click throughs
because ad revenue is nose diving

Best example was when the large database bio site thenudeeu added thousands of 1538x sample galleries to itself - used to only be found on search engines

Personally i think your better finding the original quality forums / sites and bookmarking them and avoid random site search addresses.

Many of these sites have only been setup to infect or earn ad revenue
via hot linking to the original site or worse offer sub-standard copies.
