Having seen a photo on here recently, I realised that Carole Augustine is not listed here. I believe she died of a drug overdose in the 1970s.

She is featured in a Men Only shoot added by Ripchord. She is the dark haired model and I know this is her since I had this copy of the mag many years ago.

Carole Augustine, IIRC, was murdered in or about London in the mid 70s by a stalker enabled because she used her real name when posing for M*y*a*r
