Seems to be her since everything looks to match up. August 7, 1952 was always what was given for her birth date, she grew up in the Chicago, Illinois area before moving to Los Angeles at age 17 and she did use her real name in porn, and even provided her passport to an interviewer to prove it when she was doing the newspaper press rounds for promoting French Blue.
