UKTV Gold has been announcing an upcoming series called How The Young Ones Changed Comedy, which explores the origins of the anarchic and utterly mad BBC comedy series starring Rik Mayall and Ade Edomdson.

I really liked the old series from the time, even if it really caused controversy when it was originally aired.

James Mangold (cop land, 310 to yuma, the wolverine, logan) will write & direct the Boba Fett movie...

Perfect choice.
Really hope its not him as a kid learning to be a hunter.
Ether go...
A.) Him in his prime pre Empire Strikes Back as a Punisher style inevitable boogeyman of the Star Wars Underworld.
B.) A older him post Return of the Jedi having escaped the Sarlacc like in the old canon and his injuries he received in the Pitt taking a long term toll on him.

Option B would also allow them to bring Temuera Morrison back and his age not be a issue.

Looking good. Not seeing anything I take issue with.
Shot of the massive asylum field set up so the patients can roam is nicely surreal.

This is all wrong!!

Why?

Several reasons:

1. The Girl in the Spider's Web is not written by Stieg Larsson and it's not the direct sequel to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

2. This fim should be based on the direct sequel The Girl Who Played with Fire. You don't make a movie based on the first novel of a trilogy and then follow it up by skipping the second and third novel.

3. I understand Rooney Mara, Daniel Craig and director David Fincher were fired because the The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo underperformed at the box office according to Sony. But still, they replace Rooney Mara with this actress who has a girly voice and in the trailer, there were a few times when she spoke, she sounded Latina and very girlish chipmunk voice like.

I don't have anything against Latina women. They are hot as hell and freaky in the bedroom (personal experience). But Lisbeth character is not Latina.

4. Furthermore, did Sony not learn their lessons from the first movie? R-Rated films do not do well around November and December.

That Aquaman movie has been in production hell for a decade.

First as a movie as early as 2004 and when that fell through, as a TV series by the same producers of Smallville in 2006 but the pilot didn't get picked up and the series never got made.

The pilot was good too and at the time Smallville was doing well on TV and its producers had clout so not sure why it didn't get picked up.

Then back as a movie again after that and it went through several pre-production attempts (different screenwrites, different actors to play the title role, different directors announced and then dropped) including even Leonardo DiCaprio's own production company was interested in it.

That went on for 9 years before it finally got some solid footing for a movie after Aquaman appeared in Batman vs. Superman movie in 2016.

I presume the redhead is Amber Heard and the blonde is Nicole Kidman in those photos and on the E magazine cover.
