I saw Roger Waters last night play "The Wall". I am still in awe of what I saw. This may have been the greatest blend of visual art and music that I have ever seen. Incredible. I am not old enough to have seen the original Floyd w/ Syd or even the post Syd band w/ David Gilmour. I have seen a Roger-less Floyd and I have seen Waters solo twice before. This blew them all away. Not even close. The audio visual component of the show was absolutely amazing and the sound was as good as any arena show I have ever attended. I have to give Waters credit for investing alot of serious cash in not only the stage show but the crackin' sound system. Other arena bands should take a lesson in how he does it. The guy still seems to have a rather healthy ego, the spotlight was on him 95% of the show, but I have to give it to him; the show was incredible. I had to share this fellow members. It was that good and it is worth seeing if you get the chance.
